12 x 12ft Eastern white pine timber frame pavilion kit. Kit comes pre cut to size. All you need to do is assemble it. Basic kit is a 12ft by 12ft square with a basic roof. The one pictured is a 10 x 15ft with an extra roof gable on the front. The one pictured is $8500. This includes the board and batten roof. $7500 without the roof.   This kit comes with 1x6 perlins for the roof. Roof materials and hardware are not included.  Delivery and assembly may be available for an extra fee.  Please contact us with questions prior to ordering. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be added to the schedule. Balance is due upon completion. Each kit is cut to order.  Allow up to 2 weeks for kit to be ready to pick up. 
*** These kits are true 100% real green cut  wood. They will show cracks as they dry and naturally weather. They may also ooze sap from until they completely dry. It is recommended to let the lumber dry for a few months before staining or treating.
